Calculate Intrinsic Value of a Stock
Intrinsic value of an asset is determined by the cashflows you expect that asset to generate over its life plus terminal value at the end
The DCF model relies heavily on assumptions for FCF growth rate, perpetual growth rate, and WACC. Small changes in these inputs can significantly alter the fair value. Incorrect input data (e.g., Current FCF, Net Debt, Shares Outstanding) can lead to erroneous calculations.
The DCF model assumes stable economic conditions and predictable cash flows, but market volatility, recessions, or regulatory changes can disrupt projections.
